# AI Handyman Services

> Independent AI consulting practice for small businesses and owner-operators in the Portland, Oregon metro area and Southwest Washington. Hourly time-and-materials billing with a not-to-exceed cap, no vendor commissions, no software kickbacks.

AI Handyman Services is a small, independent consulting practice founded by Nathan Spear, based in Happy Valley, Oregon. The practice serves businesses within roughly a one-hour drive of Happy Valley, covering the Portland metro area (Portland, Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Tigard, Tualatin, Milwaukie, Oregon City, West Linn, Gresham) and Southwest Washington (Vancouver, Camas). Typical clients are owner-operators and small businesses with one to fifty employees that run without a dedicated IT team.

All work is billed time-and-materials with a written not-to-exceed cap on every project, quoted in advance based on scope. The practice takes no commissions, referral fees, or kickbacks from any AI vendor or software company.
