  • Fill out a contact form or book a consultation (name, email address, phone number, company name, and any details you include in your message).
  • Subscribe to our email list (email address).
  • Purchase a service through our website (name, email address, and payment information processed by Stripe).
  • Communicate with us by email, phone, or video call.

We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This data is collected through server logs and, where applicable, analytics tools.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To process payments and send transaction confirmations.
  • To send you emails you opted into (newsletters, follow-ups). You can unsubscribe at any time.

Payment processing

We use Stripe to process payments. When you make a purchase, your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation of payment, your name, email address, and the last four digits of your card.

Third-party services

In addition to Stripe, we may use the following third-party services that receive limited data in order to operate our business:

  • Vercel (website hosting and analytics).
  • Google Workspace (email, calendar, and file storage for client communication).
  • HubSpot (CRM for managing client relationships and communication).
  • Resend (transactional and newsletter email delivery).

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We select providers that maintain reasonable security practices.

Cookies

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some website features.

Data retention
